We understand your pet is unique. This is why we take the time to know your best friend and tailor our visits and walks to meet their needs. 


Every service starts with the “Join Our Pack” form, where you will answer basic questions about you and your best friend. It takes less than 5 minutes. After that, we schedule a free Meet & Greet so we get to know each other better.


We know your life is busy and this is why we can schedule Meets & Greets on evenings and weekends. We also know that life is unpredictable and unexpected situations can happen, so this is why we are flexible. We don’t charge any fee for last minute requests


Just keep 2 things in mind:


  1. Meet & Greet is mandatory, we can’t accept a last minute request without knowing you and your dog first.
  2. We’re here for you and your pet and while we are open to last minute requests, they will be fit into the schedule depending on availability.
