About Us

Hello Pet Pawrents! My name is Mariana and besides running Dogo Walking I’m also a dog mom. In 2019 I rescued my dog, Dogo, when he was only 3 months old and it was one of the best decisions of my life. 

Dogo brings so much joy to our lives every single day. Dogo is a happy boy, obsessed with tennis balls, which may have gotten him into some squabbles here and there, this is why he sticks to solo play when balls are in the mix. He loves his friends and he is great at sharing his ropes and plush toys with them. He gets so excited when he sees his friends and he gives them a lot of kisses. His best friend is Loki, the English Bull Terrier in the picture. They met when they were just puppies. They love each other and they are like brothers. 

Even though Dogo is super sweet, he is no social butterfly. He is dog selective and it takes him a little while to warm up to a new puppy. Just a few walks together usually does the trick. Dogo didn’t come with a manual, I had to have patience learning every single detail of his personality and how to bring out the best side of him. Just like us, he is always learning and every day is a new adventure and opportunity to train.

Aside from being an amazing addition to my family, Dogo also brought new friends into our lives. I initially started walking friends’ dogs just as a way to help out. Pretty soon my neighbors started asking me to walk their dogs too. I had so much fun and it was so rewarding that I decided to turn this passion into a business.

Everyone loves dogs, or at least I think they should. But as important as love is, it’s not enough to run a dog company. Each dog is different, with their own personality. They have their own needs and walk at their own pace. While some are calm others are reactive. We understand that not all dogs are easy and some can be more challenging than others. We take the time to understand each dog and tailor their walks to match their individual needs.

We understand you too! This means we also take your preferences into account. From cleaning their paws after walks, giving them special treats, working on some basic commands – and a variety of other requests – we’ve got you covered.

Our team at Dogo Walking is composed of people who share a deep love for dogs and cats. We provide exceptional service, we understand the importance of responsibility, and our top priority is creating a safe and happy environment. We take pride in our team’s dedication and passion for what we do. We are excited to show you the level of care and attention we provide for your furry friends.

We provide services in Morristown and nearby towns and we are bonded and insured.
